At 15 years of age, my son Alex was diagnosed with ALLB lukemia on April 29, 2021. After intense treatment and numerous side effects, it was determined that he would need a bone marrow transplant which was done in April 2022. After experiencing firsthand the emotional and financial burden on a family, I have made it my life’s mission to help other families faced with the same predicament.
